Dr. Creazzo is a board certified Foot and Ankle specialist and has been active in his profession since starting his practice in Morristown in 1993.  He is board certified by The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a diplomat of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is a member of The American Podiatric Medical Association and The Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association.  He specializes in many different conditions of the foot and ankle including arthritis, foot joint replacements, Achilles tendon injuries, foot and ankle sport injuries, bunions, hammer toes, ingrown toenails, heel pain, diabetic foot care, and fractures of the foot and ankle. 

Dr. Creazzo is a native of Morristown and graduated from Morristown Hamblen High School West. He further pursued his education at the University of Tennessee Knoxville majoring in Microbiology. He completed a graduate course of study in Comparative and Experimental Medicine at The University of Tennessee, Graduate College of Medicine in Knoxville, Tennessee. He earned his doctorate degree in podiatric medicine form The William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He completed his residency in foot and ankle surgery at Oakwood Medical Center.  Dr. Creazzo has staff privileges at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare Systems (Covenant), Lakeway Regional Hospital (Tennova), and Jefferson Memorial Hospital (Tennova).

            Dr. Creazzo is married. He and his wife Mary, have two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending leisure time on the lake.  As a Morristown native, he is fulfilling his dreams by providing healthcare to his very own community.
